Who doesn’t love a hot cup o’ hot cocoa on a cool Fall night?! The problem is, traditional concoctions are loaded with sugar and made with dairy. If you’re watching your figure and/or cutting out dairy, you need an alternative. THIS is your alternative. Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 Tbsp baking cocoa 1 packet stevia dash of cinnamon Steps: Boil or steam almond milk Add cocoa powder and stevia packet Sprinkle with cinnamon Enjoy!

So… tonight is the much anticipated Bruce Jenner interview with Diane Sawyer (!!!). To honor the event properly, my SiL and I decided to host a viewing party complete with organic red wine and Paleo cupcakes.
