BREAKFAST
omelet with 6 eggs
1 cup chopped green veggies & 3 breakfast sausage links
LUNCH
8oz grilled salmon
4 cups chopped lettuce or spinach, 1 bell pepper & 1 medium tomato
2 tbsp olive oil & 1 tbsp vinegar, Italian spices (sprinkle for flavor) & 1/4 cup raw nuts or seeds 1/2 avocado
DINNER
8oz broiled pork loin
2 cups steamed asparagus, broccoli or cauliflower with 1 tbsp grassfed butter
