Inside My Cupboard

There are a few foods/ingredients I can’t live without. If we run out I feel lost… almost as if I left my phone at home. Terrible feeling. For this reason, I keep my cupboard stocked at all times.

Here they are in no particular order of addiction 🙂

1. Siete grain-free tortilla chips
2. Lesser Evil Paleo puffs (my girls are hooked)
3. 88% dark chocolate
4. Justin’s maple almond butter (cheapest on Amazon!)
5. Honey (in case we need muffins STAT)
6. Maple syrup (in case we need brownies STAT)
7. Bob’s red mill Paleo baking flour
8. Rxbars
9. Beauty collagen
10. Unsweetened cocoa powder (for hot chocolate or brownies)
11. Coconut oil (I use it as lotion, too)
12. Kerrygold butter (we keep it in the fridge, but it’s essential in our house)
